Kara Fahl Jaurigue joined the Heartland Sings staff in August of 2023, and enjoys her role as Office Manager. Born and raised in Fort Wayne, she graduated from South Side High School, and is a member at Plymouth Congregational Church, where she is also on staff as the Youth Director, a position which she has held for almost 30 years! She grew up surrounded by music and theatre, which has allowed her to share her passion and talents for the arts in our community. Kara is the Artistic Director of The Boars Head and Yule Log Festival, which takes place each December at Plymouth Church. She can also be found out and about, singing with her band HomeBy10. Her true passions are music and working with kids, and she feels lucky to have been able to enjoy doing both over the years; but her favorite job by far is being Mom, to Elyse and Andrew! She’s also a dog-Mom to Piper and Duncan, and in her spare time, she loves to cook and be with her family and friends, preferably poolside on a warm summer day! ;)
