Beckoning Light will ignite a flame of inspiration for the audience as they hear pieces that focus on light as an analogy for a better future, finding light in the darkness, and using light as a guide.
The concert will feature pieces by: Eric Whitacre, Dolly Parton, and Coldplay, among others. The centerpiece of the program will be Ola Gjeilo’s Dark & Luminous Night. This contemplative and inspirational program will feature chorus, piano, string quartet, and guest speaker, Dr. Pascal Losambe.
